"You don't need to understand the words to feel the music."
That's always been Luxine's philosophy. If it makes you move, it works — whether it's in Portuguese, Korean, German, French, or English.
Luxine brings modern, high-energy club music with a fresh twist: seamlessly blending French and English vocals to create bilingual sets where everyone vibes, regardless of language.
From 2021 to 2022, he performed as Light and Light X Knight across bars, clubs, and festivals in France — always in English, because that's what existed. In 2023, he moved to Canada for new experiences and a fresh perspective.
That's when it hit him: Why is there almost no club music in French?
In January 2025, he got booked for a 30-minute set — all French tracks, club style. He struggled. Not because the music couldn't exist, but because it simply didn't exist yet.
That's when Luxine was born.
A new project. A new sound. Club music spanning tech house, techno, and electro — inspired by James Hype, Mau P, and Gene Farris, Artbat — but weaving French vocals into the mix alongside English tracks. Fast transitions, bold mashups, and sets that build progressively from smooth starts to hard finishes.
A few months later, at Plaza Franco in Victoria, BC, he played for a crowd that was mostly English-speaking. After the set, multiple people came up and said: "Bro, I didn't understand a word... but that was fire."
That's when he knew: language isn't a barrier — it's a texture.
Francophones walk away with unexpected pride. Non-Francophones walk away with joyful surprise. Everyone walks away having felt something new.
His mission? Prove that French belongs on international dancefloors alongside English — and inspire producers everywhere to bring their own language to the club.
Versatile booking options: Luxine delivers high-energy bilingual sets (French + English) for maximum crowd appeal, or French-focused sets for Francophone showcases and festivals.
Club music, French soul, global energy.
Because at the end of the day, you don't need to understand the words to feel the groove.
